Where product
and growth align.
Strategic clarity for leadership teams navigating growth, change, and the gap between fast execution and right direction.
Most teams aren't failing because they can't build.
They're failing because they can't decide what's worth building.
Leadership misalignment on strategy turns fast execution into wasted cycles.
Growth pressure distorts user experience and impacts long-term value.
AI has accelerated execution but without strategic clarity, speed only amplifies the wrong direction.
Strategic clarity is now more critical than ever in modern product organizations.
Persimmetry helps teams close that gap.
Three alignments.
One clear direction.
Every engagement, whether a sprint or a long-term partnership, is structured around the same three core alignments. Together, they diagnose the break down and guide where to focus first.
Product Direction
Vision, strategy, and product-market fit. Getting clear on what you're building and why it matters.
Growth Dynamics
Market fit, scalability, and growth loops. Understanding what drives sustainable growth versus temporary uplifts.
Leadership Alignment
Team structure, decision-making, and execution clarity. The organizational foundation that underpins your success.

Nine-month engagement · 2024–2025
A nine-month fractional engagement with one of the world's most iconic consumer brands. Brought strategic clarity to a complex hardware/software product organization and redesigned the operating model around it — defining how a product leadership team can work when physical and digital products share the same roadmap, the same team, and the same strategic bets. Work spanned digital transformation strategy, CPO coaching and advising, and product org design through a period of strategic transition.
Twenty years building products used daily by millions.
I'm Kristina Gibson. For twenty years I've built products where scale, growth, and user experience intersect; at companies where the work had real impact on consumers' daily lives. From pre-product market fit to global scale, I've launched new products and markets and built the teams and roadmaps that make launches stick.
Persimmetry is my advisory and fractional leadership practice. I work with leadership teams at a critical stage: past early traction, building toward scale, but unclear on what to prioritize or how to organize around it. That's exactly the problem I've spent my career solving.
I'm based in Amsterdam and work with companies across Europe and the US.
